About The Position

The goal of this position is to provide technical support in molecular and cellular biology projects ongoing in the laboratory, focusing on mechanisms of human T cell differentiation and cellular immunotherapy. The ideal applicant will have strong quantitative skills and the ability to work independently (in a see-one, do-one, teach-one type of approach), as well as experience in molecular and cellular biology techniques such as DNA cloning, sequencing, lentiviral production, tissue culture. This position would be an excellent preparation for graduate or medical school admission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Preference given to applicants who have a bachelor’s degree in biology at the time the position begins and a history of undergraduate research experience.
  • The ideal applicant should have a history of outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated skills in working independently and in teams.
