About The Position

The Research Senior Technician will organize and conduct research experiments within the Model-Based Cognitive Neuroscience Lab. The position will program experiments; recruit and schedule younger and older adult participants; conduct research sessions; process participant payments and manage a cash account; and coordinate these activities with the PI and other lab personnel. Many experiments will involve eye-tracking technology. The Research Senior Technician will complete training in this methodology and subsequently assist with training additional lab personnel.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as demonstrated by one of the following: No prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree, Two (2) years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree, or Four (4) years of relevant experience with a High School diploma
• Ability to independently coordinate and complete routine research activities using established processes, tools, and procedures, including recognizing and resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters as appropriate.
