We are seeking a highly motivated Research Program Coordinator to join the Implementation IMPACT Lab (IMPlementation Science to Accelerate Community Translation) led by Dr. Shellie Ellis. The IMPACT Lab focuses on advancing precision medicine and improving evidence-based care delivery in rural health settings by integrating Implementation Science, Health Services Research, and community-based approaches to address health disparities. The Research Program Coordinator will provide critical support across two major initiatives: the Thrive Kansas Digital Mental Health Initiative and TEAMSPORT and will contribute to other research initiatives as they arise. For Thrive, Kansas statewide digital therapeutic strategy, the Research Program Coordinator will manage all evaluation activities across multiple workstreams to ensure project effectiveness and accountability. They will serve as a primary liaison between implementation, technical, and administrative teams, translating complex findings into reports for leadership, funders, and regulatory partners. Additionally, the Research Program Coordinator will support TEAMSPORT, an NCI-funded project implementing pathologist-initiated genomic testing in rural communities. In this role, they will lead team-building interventions, facilitate the standardization of genomic testing protocols, and coach clinician champions to implement reflex testing. The Research Program Coordinator will be responsible for building cross-organizational relationships with clinical specialists and oncology researchers to foster program sustainment. Administrative duties include supervising project staff, managing IRB documentation and regulatory compliance, and interacting with institutional research offices. The Research Program Coordinator will also contribute to scholarly activities, including the preparation of manuscripts and presentations to disseminate study findings to the broader research community.
