Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least three years or more of project management experience
  • Proficient in the programs of Microsoft Suite
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Effective at working in teams
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience conducting field research
  • Familiarity with education in Arkansas

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the managerial logistics of implementation for the longitudinal evaluation of the Arkansas EFA Program.
  • Develop timelines for completion of work products included in the project.
  • Coordinate all project communications including the scheduling of regular project team meetings.
  • Plan and organize biannual meetings of the Advisory Board.
  • Manage travel requests and reimbursements for the team.
  • Assist in the collection of publicly available data.
  • Assist with report preparation.
  • Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty.
  • Ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
