Performs highly skilled mechanical and/or analytical duties. Lead position in the coordination and completion of projects in a research lab or program. May supervise subordinate employees. Contribute to the development, fabrication, and operation of experimental systems to meet the research needs of the Center for Pulsed Power and Power Electronics. Lead data collection and documentation efforts and support the Center for Pulsed Power and Power Electronics in reporting to external sponsors. Coordinate with a broad range of research stakeholders, including undergraduate and graduate students, technicians, machinists, and research staff, and faculty, as well as external research partners. Support day-to-day facility operations in the Center for Pulsed Power and Power Electronics.
