About The Position
The candidate will be working full time in a research study where fully autonomous robots are deployed in the homes of older adults with dementia to offer them assistance with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in robotics or a related discipline
- Prior experience with robotics
- Knowledge of ROS2
- Large scale robot software development
Nice To Haves
- Some field deployment experiences
Responsibilities
- Writing new codes to expand the existing software framework
- Maintaining the current software
- Making deployment visits to participants home
- Troubleshoot the system whenever needed
- Collect and analyze data for dissemination
