This position focuses on the development, testing, and design of advanced thrusters, propellants, and electron emitter technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to R&D experimental work, combining hands-on engineering with deep physics and aerospace knowledge. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
Knowledge of thruster design and operation is essential.
Strong understanding of physics and aerospace principles.
Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with electric propulsion (EP) systems preferred.
Familiarity with CAD software for part design is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and Fabrication: Develop designs and oversee the creation of custom parts for propulsion systems.
Experimental Testing: Conduct testing and validation of thruster components and new propellant technologies.
Research & Development: Collaborate on innovative projects, including electron emitter development.
System Integration: Work across teams to ensure successful integration of propulsion systems into broader platforms.
Problem Solving: Analyze data and troubleshoot issues in design and testing phases.
