Requirements

Bachelor's and 5 years or Masters and 2 years of experience in Chemical Engineering or a related field with knowledge of catalysts.
Hands-on experience designing, building, and troubleshooting complex, high throughput laboratory reactors required.
Ability to work independently on defined tasks with limited supervision

Nice To Haves

Experience in Python and/or VBA are highly desired.

Responsibilities

Managing, operating and troubleshooting multiple reactor systems (mix of standard and moderately complex systems) used for catalyst evaluation.
Supporting reactor setup, modifications, and repurposing activities
Developing experimental protocols and ensure accurate execution of catalyst testing
Utilizing Python and/or VBA for data analysis and workflow efficiency
Identifying and resolving routine operational issues; escalating complex issues as needed
Maintaining data integrity and contributing to reporting and documentation
Demonstrating your experience working in a research lab environment, you will have a strong focus on safety and drive a zero-incident mindset.
Adhering to the ISO 9001/TS 16949 quality standard, you will perform and document calibration, verification, maintenance activities in various databases and be diligent about lab procedures and continuous improvement.
