About The Position

The Research Engagement (RE) in Notre Dame Research is seeking a summer student worker to work 4 - 6 hours per week to help advance the RE work to create pathways between research and the common good. The summer intern will work closely with the Assistant Director of Educational Engagement to support STEM education programming. Position includes assisting with materials and other event set-up for the summer Excellence in Mentorship Workshop and STEM Teacher Residency program, creating and organizing documents and class presentations for the High School Research Internship program, compiling research literature memos in Zotero, and assisting with other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Familiar with (or willing to learn) academic research tools such as Zotero

Responsibilities
