The Computational Sciences Center of Excellence (CoE) is a strategic, unified group whose goal is to harness this transformative power of data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist our scientists in both pRED and gRED to deliver more innovative and transformative medicines for patients worldwide. Within the CoE organisation, the Data and Digital Catalyst organisation drives the modernization of computational and data ecosystems and integration of digital technologies across Research and Early Development to enable our stakeholders, power data-driven science and accelerate decision-making. The Research & Early Development Architect is a strategic technology and organizational leader who operates at the intersection of scientific enablement, digital transformation and digital strategy. In this role, you will help shape and drive a modern enterprise architecture vision across Research & Early Development to enable a scalable and cohesive digital ecosystem that supports scientific innovation, seamless data integration, and AI-enabled discovery. Success in this role requires the ability to act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with scientists, engineers, product leaders, and senior stakeholders. You will use strong systems thinking to align diverse stakeholder groups across organizational boundaries, balancing immediate research needs and pragmatic delivery with long-term enterprise strategy.
