About The Position

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Research Dietitian to join their Gastroenterology and Hepatology team. This role is responsible for implementing nutrition-related needs of research protocols and serving as a nutrition resource to clinical investigators. The position involves assisting in protocol development, assessing and carrying out nutrition requirements for assigned protocols, and contributing to scientific publications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics.
Completion of an American Dietetic Association accredited internship.
ADA Registered Dietitian status.
Good communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and co-workers.
Attention to detail and analytic ability.
Understanding of nutrition analysis software.
Basic computer skills.
Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in nutrition or a related field.
Previous clinical experience.
Licensed Dietitian (LD) with the state of Minnesota.

Responsibilities
