Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Comfort with technology and systems

Nice To Haves

Clinical or patient-facing experience
Background in healthcare or a science-related field
Bachelor’s degree (science or health-related preferred)

Responsibilities

Screen patients for clinical trial eligibility
Coordinate and schedule study visits within a busy cardiovascular practice
Support patient visits (vitals, ECGs, specimen collection as applicable)
Educate patients on clinical trials and assist with informed consent (once trained)
Manage study documentation and data entry (CTMS, EHR, regulatory systems)
Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards (GCP)
Collaborate with physicians and care teams on active clinical trials
