On the Human Health and Performance Contract we are at the forefront of safeguarding astronaut health, ensuring human performance, and advancing technologies for human space exploration. We are seeking a Research Coordinator at the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, TX. In this role, you will provide vital research support for the Behavioral Health & Performance (BHP) Laboratory at Johnson Space Center to advance NASA’s human spaceflight exploration objectives. As a Research Coordinator, you will engage in the full research lifecycle: designing and integrating protocols, configuring study hardware and software, and managing human data collection and management. You will also contribute to data analysis and the development of high-impact proposals, technical reports, and scientific publications. A successful Research Coordinator will provide seamless collaboration with BHP Lab personnel and external partners across both research and operational groups to meet the evolving needs of NASA’s mission. You will be working on a highly collaborative team, interfacing routinely with our NASA customer, laboratories in the Biomedical Research and Environmental Sciences Division, external PI teams, and provide timely deliverables to stakeholders for BHP Lab products such as Human Research Program, Space Medicine Division, and Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP).
