About The Position

The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences within the UW School of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a temporary Research Coordinator 1 to join their team. Reporting to Jade Richards, the temporary Research Coordinator 1 is responsible for supporting the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Center of Excellence (COE), which is housed in the Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice (RCFFP) at UC Davis. This position will support the state of California in implementing their new fidelity assessment system for HFW through use of WERT’s WFAS tools including the Document Assessment Review Tool (DART) and the Wraparound Fidelity Index, Short Version (WFI-EZ). This position is hybrid-eligible, with a remote option upon approval, and the worksite is located in Sand Point. This position will be 100% FTE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience.
  • Project management experience working with outside stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with survey-based data collection tools.
  • Ability to work with direction and work independently, as well as communicate effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to produce quality work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, AND 3-4 years of related project management or research coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with data visualization standards and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor workflows to ensure activities are completed accurately, consistently, efficiently, and on schedule (20%).
  • Compose communications with provider organizations through webinars, newsletters, and other formats (20%).
  • Track milestones and deliverables across the project including coordinating all fidelity data and contract reports and meeting deadlines (20%).
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the project (10%).
  • Support fidelity data collection and provide technical support to the COE and WrapStat users (10%).
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to implementation, outcomes, satisfaction, and other data (10%).
  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholder (5%).
  • Other activities as needed to support the COE or other WERT projects (5%).
