About The Position

KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, with its technologies used in virtually every electronic device. The Research Chemist role involves the development of innovative chemical analyzers for process fluids used in the semiconductor industry. This includes developing analytical methods for these analyzers and driving innovation to improve the differentiation of ECI products. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering groups to design commercial analyzers, plan and conduct experiments, and write technical reports on findings. They will also participate in documenting, testing, and supporting equipment, validate analytical methods developed in the R&D department, update documentation, prepare reports, and present scientific publications at conferences.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in chemistry is required
  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience
  • Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
  • Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Responsibilities
