About The Position

WireScreen's Research team is central to the company's operations, transforming data into actionable intelligence. Research Associates collaborate with engineers to enhance WireScreen's data with industry knowledge, insights into the Chinese market, and relevant supply chain risk information, adapting to a dynamic global economy. This team is responsible for WireScreen Insights, a key differentiator highly valued by customers. Researchers meticulously compile structured datasets of companies, individuals, and their relationships by tracking ownership, subsidiaries, and affiliations across various international borders and legal jurisdictions. These collections can identify risks within ownership structures, investors, partners, and suppliers (e.g., uncovering military ties) or provide insights into a company's investments and participation in sectors like electric vehicle supply chains or the quantum industry. Success in this role offers the opportunity to develop unique perspectives on global supply chains and the interconnections between major businesses, governments, and individuals driving the global economy.
