Our researchers use the latest single cell technologies to rapidly identify genes and pathways involved in cancer development and progression. This position will contribute to multiple research projects currently ongoing, working within the Single Cell Genomics Platform which is located across two separate research facilities in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, contribute to protocol optimization and technology development, and carry out high-throughput data generation. We are seeking a highly motivated and highly skilled individual with expertise or experience in single-cell genomic library preparation, liquid handling robotics, and/or next-generation sequencing, with a strong background in molecular biology. The successful applicant will work under the direction of Dr. Adi Steif, collaborating Principal Investigators including Drs. Pamela Hoodless and Samuel Aparicio and their designates. This position will provide the candidate with opportunities to contribute to high-impact single-cell multiomics and translational cancer research within a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
