About The Position
The Research Associate leads structural biology and protein biochemistry efforts to support structure-guided antibacterial drug discovery in the Hevener laboratory. This position is responsible for recombinant protein production, biophysical and enzymatic characterization, macromolecular crystallography, and integration of structural insights with medicinal chemistry and microbiology collaborators in support of NIH-funded research programs. This is a grant-funded position funded until November 30, 2029.
