Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of 2 years’ experience, or master’s degree in molecular biology, cell biology, biophysics, or a related field is required
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Must have proven ability in biochemical assay and protein characterization
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with enzyme kinetics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operates laboratory equipment; contributes to laboratory maintenance.
- Performs a variety of assays, tests, and studies of a routine nature.
- Performs calculations to complete research test results; collates data; performs statistical analysis of lab results and maintain notes and log or computer database; performs basic procedures for computer assisted data analysis.
- Prepares stock chemical solutions, offers solutions.
- Participates in training sessions and workshops.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
