The Sabeti Lab, affiliated with Harvard University and the Broad Institute, focuses on developing and utilizing cutting-edge experimental techniques to study pathogen evolution, diagnosis, and prevention of infectious diseases. This includes developing CRISPR-based technologies like CARMEN and SHINE for viral diagnostics. The lab is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Diagnostics Team to develop PCR and CRISPR-based diagnostic assays. This role involves expanding these technologies for use as front-line surveillance tools targeting multiple pathogens in various West African countries.
