Cedars-Sinai offers scientists unparalleled access to ground breaking technologies, facilities, and resources for conducting research related to an impressive range of diseases and disorders, from cancer, cardiology, and digestive diseases, to genetics, genomics, neurosciences, and women's health. The Principal Investigator, Peter Heeger, MD, is looking for a Research Associate I to join the team! Dr. Heeger leads a translational research group focused on understanding how to improve the outcomes of patients receiving transplanted organs. While kidney, heart, liver and lung transplantation is commonly performed and is lifesaving, the long term outcomes of transplant recipients remains suboptimal. The Research Associate I will perform a variety of routine experimental protocols and procedures to support the objectives of one or more laboratory research projects in a specific area of research.
