Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy, or related scientific field plus 4 years related lab research experience.
  • Proficient in cell culture techniques, Western blotting, real-time PCR, immunofluorescence staining, cell surface staining, cell cycle staining, and more.
  • Skilled in using immunofluorescence microscopy with photography capabilities, BD flow cytometry, plate readers, and other related equipment.
  • Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in biology, pharmacy, or related scientific field.
  • Education background in microbiology, especially virology, and/or cancer biology.
  • Research experience using iPSCs, experience with oncogenic virus or virus-associated cancer research, experience with drug development, familiar with different cancer animal models.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct research support by performing general research tasks and hands-on animal work to advance scientific knowledge.
  • Collects and analyzes data and collaborates with the investigator to interpret results.
  • Helps prepare manuscripts and grant proposals.
  • Manages daily lab operations.
  • Maintains accurate records of research activities, including experimental data, equipment logs, and protocols.
