About The Position
Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Research Associate I/II/III”. The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing results, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with scientific teams. We are seeking a Research Associate I, II, or III to support laboratory research, development, and manufacturing activities for Ventana projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Relevant post-college laboratory/research experience.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and scientific communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and document laboratory experiments supporting research and development projects.
- Assist with experimental design, execution, analysis, and interpretation.
- Prepare protocols, technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
- Present experimental findings to project and department teams.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and electronic documentation.
- Follow applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and other scientific activities as needed.
