About The Position

In this role, you will contribute to analytical characterization data packages that support the advancement of our portfolio. You will learn state‑of‑the‑art techniques and analytical methods and gain exposure to multiple aspects of biopharmaceutical development. Join us on our journey of growth! This position will be based out of West Chester, PA in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days onsite.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the biopharma industry, OR a Bachelors degree in Analytical Chemistry Biochemistry or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the biopharma industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in analytical method development using separations platforms and software packages
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Separations experience with mAbs and fusion proteins
  • Analytical method qualification experience
  • Experience in protein/small molecule characterization using mass spectrometry and data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate biologics analytical testing to support product characterization and process development studies.
  • Utilize expertise and technical skills to resolve issues and contribute to CMC project deliverables.
  • Engage in inclusive/ diverse/ innovative/ creative culture in delivering business results.
  • Conduct biologics analytical testing using chromatography, capillary separations, and LC-MS technologies
  • Perform analyses including, but not limited to, SEC, cIEF, cGE, LC-MS
  • Operate and maintain equipment in a qualified state
  • Document experiments in electronic notebooks and technical protocols/reports to ensure data integrity
  • Contribute to projects in a highly collaborative and cross-functional CMC environment
