About The Position

The department at UNC -Chapel Hill seeks a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our collaborative team. Requirements

• Interest in gaining hands-on clinical research experience
• High attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal Investigators, Managing Director, Project Managers, and senior coordinators on several ongoing and upcoming clinical research studies
• Assist with study start-up activities and regulatory documentation
• Screen and recruit participants, obtain informed consent, and conduct study visits and follow-up surveys (in-person and by phone)
• Collect, enter, and verify research data with high attention to detail
• Maintain study materials, including manuals of procedures and study logs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across UNC and partner institutions
