About The Position
The Research Assistant will support research activities in the Waldrop Lab by analyzing previously collected video and audio data using kinematic and behavioral analysis tools. The student will assist with data organization, documentation, and preparation of research findings for future presentations and publications.
Requirements
- Training provided.
- Ability to commit up to 6 hours per week to research activities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established research protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Analyze video and audio data using kinematic and behavioral analysis software.
- Organize and maintain research data and files.
- Document research results, procedures, and protocols.
- Assist with preparing data and findings for presentations and publications.
- Communicate regularly with the faculty supervisor regarding project progress.
- Attend research meetings and participate in project discussions.
