About The Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position for a Research Assistant to assist the PI in cybersecurity related research. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, communication systems, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Programming skills, e.g., Python, Pytorch, TensorFlow
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
- Must be a UND student.
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PI in the development of AI models and perform data analysis
- Assist the PI in data collection from IoT devices
- Prepare documentation and technical reports
