The Global Mental Health & Flourishing Lab is seeking a service-minded, detailed-oriented, and enthusiastic Research Assistant (RA) to support ongoing research projects. The role involves approximately 50-60% of the RA’s time dedicated to systematic reviews and meta-analyses, including literature searches, study coding, data analysis, and manuscript writing for a public-facing data repository of mindfulness and integrative medicine interventions. The RA will also support other global mental health research projects, which may include creating materials for mindfulness-based interventions for various populations (youth, sexual and gender minorities, Ukrainians displaced by war, etc.) and analyzing ecological momentary assessment/intervention and longitudinal cohort data. Other duties include analyzing quantitative data and assisting with manuscript preparation and publishing. This is a fixed-term position with a current end date of 5/31/2027, potentially extendable based on funding. A minimum commitment of 1 year (100% FTE) is required, with a 2-year commitment preferred. Renewal for several years is possible based on progress and funding. All offers are contingent upon a satisfactory criminal background check and education verification. This position is hybrid-eligible.
