About The Position

Provides assistance to the Principal Investigator and Study Team in coordinating research activities. Work may include conducting routine experiments using established methodologies, collecting and managing data, and performing other assigned research activities. The role supports epidemiological studies and other population-based research. Patient care is not required.

Candidates completing a bachelor's degree may provide degree equivalency verification within six months of hire, or within one year if starting per diem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science required; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks.
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with database tools.
• Computer skills in Matlab and Python.
• Ability to follow directions and exhibit professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• New graduate with some relevant coursework; 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, manipulate, analyze, and report data.
• Manage study cohorts.
• Communicate with research subjects, conduct mailings, follow up on mailings, and obtain necessary documents.
• Assist with epidemiological studies and other population-based research.
• Assist the Principal Investigator and Study Team with research coordination and assigned activities.
