About The Position
The Slone Epidemiology Center, a multidisciplinary research organization, is seeking a Research Assistant to join the staff of the Black Women's Health Study, now in its 29th year. This position will assist with a new 5-year epidemiologic project that is focused on identifying factors that influence the risk of Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias in Black women.
Requirements
- Will be trained and complete annual certification to administer telephone cognitive assessment battery.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the project manager with project start-up
- Recruiting participants
- Scheduling and conducting cognitive interviews
- Processing and quality control of data collected during cognitive interviews
- Assisting with participant engagement and retention
- Completing administrative tasks
- Maintaining study documentation
- Assisting with reporting to the research team
