Provides assistance to the Principal Investigator and Study Team in coordinating research activities that may include conducting a variety of routine experiments with established methodologies, data collection and management, and other research activities as assigned. Candidates who are in the process of completing their bachelor's degree have a grace period of six months from their hire date (up to 1 year if starting per diem) to provide degree equivalency verification. This role is hybrid and involves working with researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health on the Nurses’ Health Study 3 (NHS3) and the Growing Up Today Studies (GUTS). The RA will primarily be involved in the day-to-day operations of the cohorts, including answering participant inquiries, preparing reports for biweekly cohort meetings, setting meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, updating the internal and external websites for each cohort, developing and editing cohort newsletters, developing and checking questionnaires, identifying new cases of disease for medical record review and confirmation, and other duties as necessary.
