About The Position

This position involves coordinating and scheduling healthy control subjects for testing sessions, managing the informed consent process in conjunction with Principal Investigators (PIs), and acquiring magnetoencephalography (MEG) data from healthy subjects. The role also includes maintaining a database of MEG data, analysis protocols, and results. The Research Assistant will conduct data analysis using the specialized software package Brainstorm, interpret results in partnership with the PI, and prepare findings for presentation and publication. Additionally, the position requires participation in literature reviews and assistance with writing manuscripts.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Subject matter expertise acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
  • Willing to work in the province of Quebec.
  • English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
