About The Position
Pavco is seeking a Research and Development Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina assisting in the Research and Development of metal coating technologies. This individual will work alongside Senior R&D engineers to support the efforts in new and existing research projects for future product releases. In doing so, extensive collaboration will exist between Pavco sales, marketing, and technical service departments.
Requirements
- General aptitude in math and sciences.
- Willingness to handle hazardous chemicals safely.
- Able to lift 5-20 pounds regularly.
- Reliable, able to multi-task, punctual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school degree or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience in wet chemistry.
- Experience within the chemical industry and/or electroplating.
- Safety training.
- Associate degree in scientific field.
- 5+ year career experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the Research and Development of metal coating technologies.
