Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience with a track record of excellence in your field.
- A variety of expertise can be applicable to effective business analysis. We are open to backgrounds other than asset management, including, but not limited to management consulting, sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics.
- A strong work ethic.
- Skilled in using business data to form inferences and to make informed decisions.
- The ability to work in a self-managed environment as part of a research team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to be on-site at our New York office.

Nice To Haves
- Graduate degree, CFA, CPA or equivalent is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assume coverage of one or more industries on a global basis, typically rotating to new coverage after 3-5 years.
- Perform rigorous, in-depth analysis of key issues through industry research, review of public filings, and meetings with senior management.
- Collaboratively make final investment decisions in research review meetings, discussing key issues and reviewing financial models with portfolio managers.
- Continually monitor developments and meet periodically with senior management during the typical investment holding period of 3-5 years.
