About The Position

As a Research Analyst, you’ll be a critical and foundational piece for the day-to-day management in the delivery of high-quality research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making. You’ll receive first-class mentorship and training on a breadth of research methodologies, techniques, and systems, whilst getting hands-on experience and learning on the job. You’ll become an active part of client teams responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects from start to finish. These are hands-on roles designed to give you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to produce high quality work that informs and inspires our clients while developing your career at pace. Working across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the Project Leads, your core day-to-day responsibilities will involve: Assisting in the design of questionnaires, discussion guides, etc. Completing checks on survey links, materials, etc. Managing fieldwork/recruitment and conducting regular quality checks Undertake qualitative fieldwork at different locations with support from project team Writing analysis plans and checking data tables Summarizes qualitative fieldwork and enter into analysis grids Analyzing research results and creating reports to tell a compelling story Ensuring the accuracy of all client deliverables Overseeing project tasks by the wider support team and meeting project timings

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in the Market Research & Insights sector
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Fast, efficient and accurate workers new to the research industry
  • Quickly learn and apply new skills to ensure client objectives will be achieved
  • Enthusiasm to handle practical work
  • Confidence to ask questions or make suggestions on improvements
  • Strong numeracy skills
