The Research Analyst will contribute productively and harmoniously to the work of others, treating everyone respectfully, professionally, and fairly. This role involves developing and maintaining broad, general institutional knowledge of primary clients/sponsors, their culture, organization, and issues. The analyst will support business development efforts and/or marketing activities by maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality work, increasing the visibility of our work, and other related activities such as proposal preparation. The position requires the ability to communicate results of work clearly and concisely, both one-on-one and in groups, and to document work efficiently and accurately. The analyst will present work effectively to colleagues, sponsors, and small audiences familiar with the content. This role involves working with minimal or no guidance on focused, well-structured pieces of projects, and under closer supervision on more complex, less-structured tasks. The analyst may serve as a task lead for pieces of projects by managing their own activities and may lead small projects under the supervision of an RTL/CMD. A positive attitude in interactions with colleagues and clients/sponsors is expected, along with providing clear guidance to colleagues on tasks and taking responsibility for one's own actions and outcomes. Other duties as assigned.
