About The Position

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a GRC Research Analyst to strengthen the team at its Chartis Research business based in Nashville, Tennessee. Chartis Research operates as part of Infopro Digital’s Risk Global portfolio, contributing specialist expertise in risk technology research within a global organisation focused on information, data and technology solutions. Chartis Research is the leading provider of research and analysis on the global market for risk technology. The organisation focuses on analysing risk and compliance requirements of major financial institutions and delivers high‑quality insight, market intelligence and advisory services to support decision‑making. As a GRC Research Analyst, you will contribute to the development and delivery of research and advisory services in governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity technologies. You will support thought leadership, develop client relationships and contribute to shaping market insight within the global GRC landscape.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance or related technology and services
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (Master’s degree is a plus)
Demonstrable knowledge of GRC technologies and solutions
Understanding of global regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and research capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build professional relationships
Evidence of intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge ideas and contribute to thought leadership

Nice To Haves

Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g. R, Python, SPSS)
Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI or similar platforms
Experience using AI tools for research content development
Experience within financial services, RiskTech or RegTech environments
Experience producing analytical, scientific or business reports
Strong creative thinking and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and delivery of research and advisory services across governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity technologies
Support Research Directors in conducting and authoring research including market analysis, rankings and bespoke reports
Build and develop trusted relationships with GRC vendors and end‑users
Engage with business development teams to support new memberships and advisory opportunities
Deliver and support market presentations, briefings and conference participation
Monitor regulatory developments and market trends through research and industry engagement
Collaborate across Risk Global brands to share expertise and support business growth
Participate in internal research discussions and contribute to shaping research agendas
Support advisory and consulting engagements, including tailored client deliverables
Contribute to thought leadership content and research outputs
Support research operations and infrastructure improvements
Coach and support other research team members where required
