Research Analyst/Data Manager (R26-18) (Two Positions)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Development, Neuroscience, Public Health or a related field from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or other internationally recognized accrediting organization.
Experience volunteering or working in a research lab
Ability to communicate effectively with research team and participants
Experience and training in research methods
Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; detail oriented
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the research protocol visit
Possess or successfully complete Human Subjects Protection training certification

Nice To Haves

Experience or strong interest in research related to Black maternal-infant health
Experience working with infants, children, and families from racial/ethnic minority backgrounds
Experience using Qualtrics, SPSS, R, and/or Mplus
At least 1 year of experience volunteering or working in a research lab
Experience with behavioral observations, psychophysiological data collection (MindWare)

Responsibilities

Administer home- and clinic-based research visits with expectant mothers, fathers, and romantic partners
Assist with data management and other administrative tasks
Support with research-related administrative and other management tasks
Communicate frequently with the project coordinator and/or principal investigator(s).
Attend research team meetings
Assist with other research-related tasks as needed
