This position provides comprehensive support for proposal development, review, and submission, as well as post-award activities including budget monitoring, reporting, and payroll distribution. The role involves tracking effort commitments, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines. The Research Administrator I will serve as a liaison between faculty, staff, central administration, and funding sponsors, and must maintain current knowledge of research compliance, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role contributes to process improvements and assists with special projects as assigned.
