About The Position

Delivers Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments to Unemployment Insurance claimants. This position is on-site and requires a regular in-office presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• One year workforce or UI-related experience
• Eligibility review, documentation, customer engagement
• Strong technology proficiency, including use of workforce information systems, Microsoft 365 applications, electronic case management, virtual service delivery tools, and evolving AI-enabled platforms in a paperless environment.
• Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Workforce Development Professional credential preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducts RESEA orientations and assessments
• Reviews work search activities
• Documents services in state systems
• Supports 10-week employment outcomes
• Coordinates referrals to additional services
