About The Position

Requirements Manager The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intelligence professional like you to do just that. As a Collection Requirements Manager (CRM), you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to prioritize information required to close intelligence gaps and to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our Nation's leaders. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements. You’ll be responsible for tracking and managing collection requirements, and support collection assessment efforts. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like intelligence disciplines and analytical requirements. You’ll share your expertise with other collection managers (CMs) and analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with supporting the IC
  • Experience with identifying CM access points and methods
  • Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT
  • Knowledge of how to use tools to search for trends or anomalies in data
  • Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems
  • Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Collection Manager (CM)
  • Ability to brief senior defense and government officials
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
