About The Position

Synertex LLC is seeking a Requirements Logistician III to independently manage the analysis, development, and implementation of requirements for various divisions within the United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (CG-AIR) in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. This position supports requirements development and acquisition support activities for CG-AIR operations.

Requirements

  • Be citizens of the U.S.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge and ability to perform simple arithmetic.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess excellent ability to manage multiple task with competing deadlines.
  • Possess ability to work with minimal Government oversight.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field; OR possess a High School Diploma with at least three (3) years' experience in Procurement, Logistics, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Legal, or a related field.
  • Successfully complete the required Background Investigation (BI) process and obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and ALC badge in accordance with contract requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year experience in USCG procedures.
  • Proficiency in using Aviation Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS).
  • Proficiency in using Asset Maintenance Management Information System (AMMIS).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with CG-AIR personnel and other commands to identify requirements.
  • Conducting market research and planning projects.
  • Preparing requisition packages, including Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Performance Work Statements or Objectives, and other acquisition documents.
  • Ensuring requisition packages comply with regulations, policies, and audit requirements.
  • Tracking action items, updating customers on project status, and managing acquisition information.
  • Reviewing deliverables for technical accuracy.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, creating schedules, and developing plans and milestones.
  • Drafting correspondence, reports, white papers, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, briefs, and other documentation as needed.
  • Developing methods, plans, and documents to streamline procedures, improve operations, reduce costs, and support long-term planning for effective program/project results.
