You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll be a key team member who helps fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management
- Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
- Experience using task management software such as Jira
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, or IT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Human Resources (HR) IT systems
- Experience with HR business processes
- Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Scrum Master or Agile Certification
