We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Reprographics Tech to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed copiers, scanners and large-format reprographics equipment
- Prepare, pack and ship documents and drawings accurately and on time
- Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
- Sort, scan, email and distribute plans and documents across departments and teams
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PDF tools for document processing and communication
- Perform physically active work, including standing, walking, bending and lifting 30-50 pounds
- Stocks and maintains office, facility and reprographics supply inventory
- Performs general facilities and office equipment maintenance
