About The Position

SPS is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Copy & Print Associate to support high-volume reprographics and document production services within a professional corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous copy/print or reprographics experience who thrives in a fast-paced production setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional service. This position will also be cross-trained in mailroom operations to support broader business service center functions.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of reprographics, copy/print, or document production experience required
Willingness to be cross-trained in mailroom operations required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Employees must be able to communicate effectively and perform tasks requiring close attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating production printers, copiers, and finishing equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Process high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document production requests
Perform finishing services including binding, cutting, laminating, padding, and assembling materials
Operate and maintain production print and reprographics equipment
Monitor supplies, paper inventory, toner, and equipment functionality
Provide excellent customer service and support for client requests and deadlines
Prepare completed print jobs for delivery or shipping
Assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues and submitting service requests
Cross-train within mailroom operations including shipping/receiving and package handling as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
