About The Position

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Florida (USF) seeks a board-certified or board-eligible physician in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) for a joint clinical and academic appointment with Shady Grove Fertility (SGF) Tampa Bay. The successful candidate will provide exceptional, evidence-based reproductive clinical care and surgery, contribute to the advancement of research and education in the field, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume academic medical center. This role offers a unique opportunity to integrate clinical practice with academic responsibilities, including teaching, research, and scholarly activities. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence in patient care, medical education, and academic productivity. The primary focus of the REI will be the clinical care of fertility patients at SGF Tampa Bay locations, performance of reproductive surgeries at USF/TGH, supervision and teaching of REI fellows, ob-gyn residents, and medical students, and conducting of clinical research. The USF Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is home to four ACGME-accredited fellowship programs, FPMRS, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, as well as a highly regarded OB/GYN residency program with 7 trainees per year. The department fosters a strong academic community dedicated to advancing women’s health through excellence in clinical care, education, and research.

Provide exceptional, evidence-based reproductive clinical care and surgery.

Provide clinical care of fertility patients at SGF Tampa Bay locations.
Perform reproductive surgeries at USF/TGH.
