As a Represented Claims Adjuster, you'll manage residential property claims, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering fair, timely, and accurate claim resolutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Active adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses
• 2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, including direct insurance carrier experience
• Experience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneys
• Strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim negotiations, and state regulatory requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or similar claims platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage first-party property claims involving public adjusters, attorneys, and other represented parties
• Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and supporting documentation to make sound claim decisions
• Negotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Review estimates, establish reserves, and evaluate exposures in accordance with company standards
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the resolution of complex, disputed, and escalated claims while delivering exceptional customer service
