About The Position
This position will be responsible for providing outstanding levels of customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, Talent Acquisition team members, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners. The individual in this role will act as a key partner to their assigned Talent Acquisition Lead while supporting the full life-cycle recruitment tasks and assisting in achieving department goals and metrics.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor s Degree Preferred.
- 1 plus years of work experience.
- Experience in talent acquisition or event planning preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Use of an applicant tracking system preferred.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
