Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer compliments and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Provide coaching to improve problem-solving and product knowledge
- Reduce repeat contacts by resolving issues at the first point of interaction
- Support incident ticket and email backlogs as needed
- Track trends and provide recommendations on policies and procedures impacting customer experience
