The Maxi store located at 120 Bd Arthabaska O Victoriaville QC is looking for an asset protection representative to join its elite team. Requirements

Solid skills: Valid provincial security guard license, knowledge of relevant laws (Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act), and knowledge of closed-circuit television (CCTV) and surveillance systems.
Technology proficiency: Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Interpersonal skills: Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Be proactive and trustworthy: High sense of initiative, integrity, and passion for upholding ethical standards.
Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Be a guardian: Deter and detect theft and fraud, and apprehend individuals committing these acts, thereby protecting our products and profits.
Investigate and analyze: Conduct thorough internal investigations, analyze evidence, and collaborate with law enforcement to resolve incidents of theft and fraud.
Be a loss prevention expert: Identify opportunities for loss and collaborate with in-store teams to implement innovative security strategies.
Be part of the team: Collaborate with other asset protection representatives and store management to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
